  • Assists Professor Rosemary Joyce and Ph.D. candidate, Amanda Guzman, in the creation of records, including in computer databases, from materials compiled over more than a year of research in museums and archives.

Undergraduate Research Assistant for East Asian Archaeology Laboratory, Jan 2017-present

  • Assists Dr. Junko Habu in conducting independent research on pottery, stone tools, faunal and floral remains from the Sannai Maruyama site and other Jomon period sites (circa 5900-4300 b.p.) in northern Japan.

  • Analyze approximately artifacts excavated, identify and quantify faunal and floral remains, use stable isotopic analyses and map drafting.

  • Identify date of faunal and floral remains that were analyzed
